WHAT'S THE PRICE FOR THE CHALLENGE?

The Summer Sizzle is $49.

That gets you full access to the 8-week program inside the app, including training, nutrition guidance, mobility work, and the full community experience.

HOW DO YOU PICK A WINNER?

At the end of the 8-week Challenge we'll ask for all participants to submit before and after videos, and a questionnaire. We'll choose the three best entries based on overall transformation and answers to the questionnaire.

DO I NEED AN EXPENSIVE GYM MEMBERSHIP OR EQUIPMENT?

No, you do not need an expensive gym membership. While the full Summer Sizzle program is designed with access to standard gym equipment, you can still follow along and make progress with whatever setup you have!

IS THIS BEGINNER FRIENDLY?

Yes. The workouts are designed to be approachable for beginners, with options to progress if you’re more experienced.

HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?

The length of the workouts varies depending on the program you select and ranges anywhere from 30 minutes for our at-home options, and up to 90 minutes for our most advanced programs.

CAN I BE VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN FOR THE CHALLENGE?

YES! While it can sometimes be more challenging to hit your macro goals (especially protein!) being a vegetarian or a vegan, you can definitely do it.

IS THERE A GUARANTEE?

Yes. You have 7 days after signing up to explore the app and decide if it’s right for you.

I HAVE MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS. WHO DO I CONTACT?

You can cancel by emailing [email protected] prior to your bill date. We ask that you please e-mail at least 24 hours before your next bill date to ensure that we are able to put the cancellation in motion before you are billed.
